Over the past 15 years, entrepreneur Jonathan Fine has built an impressive portfolio of hospitality enterprises under the Fine Entertainment Management (FEM) umbrella. FEM is the operating company of The George Sportsmen’s Lounge at Durango Resort, Rockhouse and The Oak Room Whiskey and Tequila Bar, in the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian & The Palazzo, The BLVD Grille in Henderson’s historic Water Street district, ameriCAN Beer and Cocktail Bar at The LINQ Promenade, The Mint Tavern, Ritchie McNeely’s in The District at Green Valley Ranch and PKWY Tavern Taphouse & Grille which has seven locations in the Las Vegas Valley.

In addition to Fine’s food, beverage and hospitality venues, his other business interests include co- ownership of security company and a marketing agency. Sting Alarm has seen year-to-year growth since its inception in 2003 and was named the firth fastest growing company in the security industry nationwide, and the second fastest growing company in Nevada by Inc. 500 magazine.

In May 2009, he launched Fine The Agency, now Agency 702, to service his businesses in the realm of strategic marketing, public relations, graphic and web design, social media, ad buying and creative consulting services. In 2015, they expanded their services and added outside clients.

In 2015, Fine co-founded Adomni, an online platform that enables marketers to easily build and launch digital out of home (DOOH) campaigns. With an intuitive online interface, complimentary audience targeting via Place IQ, and over 440,000 programmatically connected real-world digital screens, Adomni puts the world of digital out of home in your hands.

Accompanying his entrepreneurial efforts are many generous charitable contributions that Fine has made to organizations throughout the Las Vegas community. Currently his charitable contributions exceed more than a half-million dollars annually. Along with donations to the Special Olympics, Down’s Syndromes Best Buddies, the Public Education Foundation, Keep Memory Alive and St. Baldrick’s Foundation, Fine previously served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada for many years.

A native Las Vegan who graduated from the University of Arizona, Fine’s success in multiple industries is marked by an impressive list of awards. In 2005 he was named to the “40 Most Influential People Under 40” by Vegas Inc, the Small Business Administration awarded him “Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2006, and he was named a “Rising Star” by Las Vegas Business Press in 2015.
