Qualifying Period: 7/08/2024 thru 8/07/24, 8/08/24 thru 9/07/24, 9/08/24 thru 10/08/2024

Participating Venues: All PKWY Taverns, Ritchie McNeely’s, The Mint Tavern, BLVD Grille

Semi Final Slot Tournaments: August 17th, Sept 14th, October 11th, 2024

Final Party: October 25th, 2024 at PKWY Tavern Decatur

Description: Top 25 Coin in players between each period of July 8th thru August 7th, August 8th thru September 7th, September 8th thru October 8th, between all FINE Gaming Rewards Card Members qualify for Semi Final Slot Tournament.  This will result in up to 75 possible winners in the qualifying period.  *Players can win multiple times. *

**Maximum of 30 entries only combined all venues** Single Jackpot equaling $4000 or more will qualify to receive an automatic entry into the Finals with one (1) attempt.  If the guest has also qualified by coin in to get into the semifinal, they will be awarded an additional guess in the finals separate from what they win in the tournament.

Jot Form must be submitted immediately with Name, Photo, Time of Jackpot, and Stat ID.  First Come First Served! Incomplete submissions will NOT count.

Semi Final Tournament is scheduled for the 3 days listed above.  The top 25 earners from each qualifying period will be eligible to participate.  Prize structure is below.

Grand Finale Party is a one-day event, however, if a participant cannot make it on the party day, they will have until 8pm on October 22nd, 2024 to complete their guesses, as long as the grand prize has not been hit.  If the code is hit, the promotion is considered over and closed.

If they crack the code, they win $1million (upon verification of win by third party)

Promotion Qualification Rules:

• Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

• Must be a Rewards Member of any participating FINE Entertainment Venue.

• Employees or Family member of FINE Entertainment employees are not eligible to participate.

• Highest Coin in Earners determined through the GMS Golden System.

• Players may be eligible to participate in multiple Semifinal tournaments.

• In the event a guest appears on the coin in report for the second or third semifinal, they may participate if they are ranked in the top 5 of the repeat persons on the coin in lists.

Semi Final Rules:

• semifinal tournament will be held after the conclusion of each qualifying period on the dates noted above.

• Video Poker Tournament Style Rounds Three (3) minutes in length.

• Top 25 Coin in earners from qualification period will be eligible to participate.

• Top 5 repeat winners on the 2nd or 3rd coin in report will qualify for the second and/or third tournaments.

• Invited Guests will play a Video Poker format tournament.

• Each guest will play (2) two rounds on the Video Poker machine, and guests will be ranked #1 - #25 by combined score of both rounds.

• • Guests will be awarded prizes from the award chart below.

Jackpot “Golden Ticket” Rules:

• Single Jackpot Awards of $4000.00+ = 1 attempt at Crack the Code game.

• May hit multiple jackpots for multiple attempts.

• Maximum of 30 attempts will be awarded combined across all venues.

• First submitted by JOT Form.  Earliest time on email will be first awarded.

• Incomplete submissions will not count and will be rejected.

• If qualified for and earn more attempts in semifinal, attempts will be awarded on top of attempts won in semifinal.

Final Crack the Code Rules:

• Must be at least 21 years old to participate with valid ID.

• Participants must have qualified through either of the two means stated above.

• Participants must be a FINE Entertainment Rewards Club member in good standing.

• Party will be held on October 16th, 2024 5pm – 8pm.

• If a guest cannot make it to the main party, and no winner has collected the grand prize, they will have until October 22nd, 2024 8pm to enter their guess.

• If no guess is entered by the time above, the promotion is considered done and closed.  The unused guesses will then be considered forfeited.

• Guests will enter a five (5) digit code between 00001 – 99999.

• If the number matches, the guess will win the grand prize of $1,000,000.00.

• If there is no match, there will be no grand prize winner and the contest will end at 8pm October 22nd, 2024.

• Employees or Family members of employees will not be eligible to participate.

• All grand prize-winning plays are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions whose decisions are final and binding.

• A contestant is not a winner of a grand prize, even if the visual display or prize receipt should so indicate, unless the odds established by the intended parameters of the promotion are beaten, as solely determined by the preselected winning number(s) contained within the sealed security envelope and memory logs of the promotion software, and the winning play did not occur as a result of any other scenario including but not limited to human error, software error, or machine malfunction.

• Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any reimbursable prize within.
