PKWY TAVERN $100,000 PRO FOOTBALL SUITED ROYALS PROMOTION
1. Promotion Overview
The PKWY Tavern $100,000 Pro Football Suited Royals Promotion (“Promotion”) gives eligible PKWY Tavern Rewards members the opportunity to win a promotional prize by being the first participant to achieve a natural royal flush in each of the four playing-card suits—spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs—on eligible video-poker games during designated professional-football promotional periods.
Two separate prize levels are offered:
Quarter/Fifty-Cent Denomination Poker Prize Level: The first eligible participant to complete all four suited natural royal flushes while playing at the $0.25 or $0.50 denomination will win their choice of $10,000 Cash or $12,000 in Free Play.
One-Dollar Denomination Poker Prize Level: The first eligible participant to complete all four suited royal flushes while playing at the $1.00 denomination and above will win their choice of $100,001 Cash or $120,000in Free Play.
Only one prize, cash or Free Play will be awarded at each prize level. Winner must make a selection of either Cash or Free Play. Once a prize level has been completed, and validated, that prize level will close and no additional prizes will be awarded at that level.
The Quarter/Fifty-Cent Prize Level and the One-Dollar Prize Level are separate promotional contests. Completion of one prize level does not close the other prize level.
If cash is selected, the winner is solely responsible for any and all tax liability incurred.

Qualifying hands must occur on an eligible gaming device located inside a participating PKWY Tavern location.
Participation or qualifying hands may not be transferred or combined between players.
3. Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on September 9, 2026, and ends at the conclusion of the final designated professional-football regular-season promotional period on January 10, 2027, unless a prize level is completed earlier or the Promotion is otherwise modified, suspended or terminated in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.
This is a regular-season-only promotion.
Only hands played during designated live professional-football regular-season games and during the qualifying promotional hours established by PKWY Tavern may qualify.
The standard promotional hours are:

PKWY Tavern may designate additional or different qualifying periods for regular season:
· Monday or Thursday dates featuring multiple games;
· Flex-scheduled games;
· Postponed or rescheduled games.
Additional or modified qualifying periods will be posted at participating locations or otherwise communicated by PKWY Tavern before the applicable promotional period begins.
Unless expressly announced otherwise, overtime and other official extensions of a qualifying regular-season game are included through the official conclusion of the game. Pregame and postgame programming do not qualify.
Preseason games, playoff games, conference championship games and the professional football championship game are not included and do not qualify.
The time displayed by PKWY Tavern’s designated slot-management, casino-management or promotional timekeeping system controls in the event of a discrepancy.
4. Eligibility
Participants must:
Be at least 21 years old;
Be physically present at a participating PKWY Tavern location;
Rewards Cards must be properly inserted and active during game play, and when a qualifying hand is hit.
Guests are responsible for verifying their rewards card is inserted and active.
Be an active PKWY Tavern Rewards member in good standing;
Use their own valid PKWY Tavern Rewards card during every qualifying hand;
Present valid, government-issued photo identification and any additional identification reasonably requested for verification or tax-reporting purposes; and
Comply with these Official Rules and all applicable gaming laws and regulations.
The following persons are not eligible:
Employees, officers, directors, owners or agents of PKWY Tavern, its gaming operator, gaming route operator, affiliated companies or promotional vendors;
Persons directly involved in the development, administration, auditing, verification or promotion of the Promotion;
Immediate family members of an ineligible person, including a spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, stepparent, stepchild or stepsibling; and
Any person residing in the same household as an ineligible person.
PKWY Tavern may require an eligibility affidavit or other documentation before awarding a prize.
5. Rewards-Card Requirement
The participant’s own PKWY Tavern Rewards card must be properly inserted and actively recognized by the gaming system at the time the cards are dealt and when the qualifying royal flush is completed.
A hand will not qualify when:
No rewards card is inserted;
The card is not recognized by the system;
The card belongs to another person;
The participant is playing under another person’s account;
The card was inserted after the qualifying hand was dealt or completed; or
The gaming system cannot reasonably associate the hand with the participant’s account.
Participants are responsible for confirming that their rewards card is properly inserted and recognized before initiating play.
6. Qualifying Royal Flush
A qualifying royal flush consists of a natural:
10, Jack, Queen, King and Ace of the same suit.
The four required suits are:
Spades;
Hearts;
Diamonds;
Clubs.
Any royal flush containing a wild card, joker, substitute card or other wild symbol does not qualify.
Each royal flush must be achieved through actual, completed game play on an eligible gaming device. Winninghand must start and finish during the game times, Example; player get 4 to a royal and then wait for the promotions start time. The hand cannot be played before official start time. A display-only result, attract-mode display, demonstration, tournament simulation, malfunction or incomplete hand does not qualify.
Each royal flush will be counted only once and toward only the actual participant’s promotional record.
7. Wager Requirement
A participant must wager the following required minimum-coin/credit wager on the designated qualifying hand.
For clarity:
$0.25 Poker denomination: A minimum wager of 10 credits per hand, provided the machine’s displayed pay table awards at least $2,000 for a natural royal flush at that wager.
$0.50 Poker denomination: A minimum wager of 5 credits per hand, provided the machine’s displayed pay table awards at least $2,000 for a natural royal flush at that wager.
$1.00 & above Poker denomination: A minimum wager of 5 credits per hand, provided the machine’s displayed pay table awards at least $4,000 for a natural royal flush at that wager.
A royal flush obtained while wagering fewer than the minimum credits does not qualify, even if the resulting hand is a natural royal flush.
Any machine or game configuration requiring a different wager must be expressly approved and posted by PKWY Tavern before play qualifies.
8. Prize-Level Denominations
Quarter/Fifty-Cent Prize Level — $10,000 Cash or $12,000 in Free Play
The participant may collect qualifying royal flushes at either the $0.25 or $0.50 denomination to qualify for this prize level.
Qualifying royals within this level may be mixed between the two denominations. For example, a participant may record two qualifying royals at $0.25 and two at $0.50, provided all other requirements are satisfied.
A royal achieved at the $1.00 denomination cannot be credited toward the Quarter/Fifty-Cent Prize Level.
One-Dollar & above Prize Level — $100,001 Cash or $120,000 in Free Play
All four qualifying royal flushes must be achieved at the $1.00 denomination or above.
A royal achieved at $0.25 or $0.50 cannot be credited toward the One-Dollar Prize Level.
A participant may be enrolled in and accumulate progress toward both prize levels, but the same qualifying royal may be credited only to the prize level corresponding to the denomination played.
9. Eligible Games
Only traditional, non-wild video-poker games specifically approved by PKWY Tavern qualify. Approved Games will be posted in the official rules posted online.
Eligible games must:
Use a standard 52-card deck without jokers or wild cards;
Offer a natural royal-flush award;
Be played at an eligible denomination;
Be configured for the required maximum and or minimum-coin wager; and
Be listed or identified by PKWY Tavern as eligible.
PKWY Tavern will maintain the controlling list of eligible games and gaming devices at each participating location.
Games not expressly approved are ineligible.
10. Excluded Games and Features
The following games and features do not qualify unless PKWY Tavern expressly states otherwise in writing before play:
Pick-A-Pair;
Spin Poker;
Multi-Strike Poker;
Wheel Poker;
Dream Card;
Quick Quads;
Ultimate X Bonus Streak;
Any game using substitute, wild, bonus or specialty cards;
Any tournament, free-play-only or demonstration mode;
Any mobile, online or remotely played game; and
Any game, feature or configuration that prevents reliable hand-level verification.
The ordinary versions of Super Times Pay and Ultimate X may qualify only as provided in the multi-hand rules below and only when specifically approved by PKWY Tavern.
11. Multi-Hand Games
On an approved multi-hand game, only the specifically designated bottom or base hand shown on the game screen may qualify.
No duplicate, copied, upper, secondary or additional hand qualifies.
A royal flush appearing in an upper or secondary hand does not qualify, even when it results from cards copied or replicated from the base hand.
The designated bottom/base hand must independently:
Contain a natural royal flush;
Be played at the required eligible denomination;
Carry the required minimum-coin wager allocated to that hand;
Satisfy all verification requirements; and
Produce the machine-recorded payout applicable to that individual hand.
Payouts from multiple hands may not be combined to meet any verification or reporting threshold.
Spin Poker is excluded because its hand structure does not provide the designated single bottom/base-row verification required by this Promotion.
12. Jackpot and Verification Requirements
Every potential qualifying royal flush must be reported immediately to a bartender, manager, slot attendant or other authorized employee before the participant removes their rewards card, cashes out, changes games, leaves the machine or resumes play.
The participant must preserve the winning-hand display until instructed otherwise by authorized personnel, unless the machine automatically clears the hand as part of normal operation.
Each potential qualifying royal is subject to verification through any combination of:
The winning-hand display;
Machine event and accounting records;
Slot-management or casino-management system records;
Rewards-card records;
Jackpot or hand-pay documentation;
W-2G documentation;
Surveillance footage;
Photographs;
Gaming-device logs;
Witness statements; and
Compliance review.
For qualifying wins of $2,000 or more, the participant must complete all required jackpot, identification and tax-reporting procedures.
With the min bet put in place, all royals will be producing a reportable W-2G machine payout of $2,000 or more.
A photograph or personal video by itself is not sufficient verification.
Failure to provide immediate notice or preserve sufficient verification may result in disqualification of the hand.
13. Promotional Tracking
After a potential qualifying royal is verified, PKWY Tavern will record:
Participant’s legal name;
Rewards-account number;
Date and time;
Participating location;
Machine number;
Game title and pay table;
Denomination;
Amount wagered;
Suit of the royal flush;
Amount won;
Verification method;
Any required jackpot or tax-document number.
Participants should request or retain written confirmation of each approved qualifying royal.
The official records maintained by PKWY Tavern and its compliance department control the determination of the outcome, over personal notes, photographs, social-media posts or other unofficial tracking materials.
14. Determining the Winner
The first eligible participant at each prize level whose fourth distinct suited royal flush is fully completed and verified will be the potential winner of that prize level.
The controlling completion time is the system-recorded time of the participant’s fourth qualifying royal, subject to compliance and surveillance verification.
If two or more participants appear to complete a prize level at approximately the same time, the participant with the earliest verified system timestamp will be deemed the potential winner.
If reliable system timestamps cannot determine priority, PKWY Tavern will use available machine records, surveillance and compliance documentation to determine the first completed entry. If priority still cannot reasonably be determined, PKWY Tavern may use a fair tie-resolution procedure permitted by applicable law and approved by compliance.
A participant is not an official winner until eligibility, all four hands and full compliance with these Official Rules have been confirmed in writing.
Payouts will not be paid until all auditing and verifications have been completed. This can take up to 7-10 business days.
15. Prizes
The prizes are:
One $10,000 Cash prize for the Quarter/Fifty-Cent Prize Level; and
One $100,001 Cash prize for the One-Dollar Prize Level;
OR
One $12,000 Free Play prize for the Quarter/Fifty-Cent Prize Level; and
One $120,000 Free Play prize for the One-Dollar or above Prize Level.
Prize amounts are stated as gross amounts before any applicable withholding.
Note: Free Play prizes will not be subject to withholding.
Prizes may be paid by check, electronic payment or another lawful method selected by PKWY Tavern.
Prizes will be paid out as 10 equal monthly installment payments or per an approved NGCB payout schedule.
PKWY Tavern may require the winner to sign:
A winner affidavit;
Eligibility certification;
Tax forms;
Prize acknowledgment and receipt;
Publicity release where lawful;
Liability release where lawful; and
Any documentation required by gaming regulators or compliance personnel.
The prize is not transferable or assignable before payment.
All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Gambling and promotional winnings may be taxable even when no information form is issued.
16. Prize-Level Closure
Once a potential winner completes a prize level, PKWY Tavern may temporarily suspend that prize level while the result is verified.
If the potential winner is confirmed, that prize level closes as of the verified completion time.
Qualifying hands occurring after the winning completion time do not create additional winners, even if public signage or electronic displays have not yet been updated.
If the potential winner is disqualified, the prize level may be reopened or awarded in accordance with the official verified records and applicable law.
17. Machine Malfunctions and Interrupted Play
A machine malfunction voids all pays and plays to the extent permitted by applicable law.
A hand does not qualify if it results from or is affected by:
Mechanical, electronic or software malfunction;
Incorrect game configuration;
Communication or player-tracking failure;
Display error;
Metering error;
Unauthorized machine access;
Power interruption;
Fraud, collusion or manipulation; or
Any condition that prevents reliable verification.
PKWY Tavern is not responsible for interrupted, delayed, misdirected or unrecorded rewards-card activity resulting from technical failures, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
18. Prohibited Conduct
Participants may be disqualified for:
Using another person’s rewards card or account;
Allowing another person to play under their account;
Card swapping or pooling qualifying hands;
Assigning, transferring, selling or sharing promotional progress;
Playing more than one gaming device at the same time;
Using automated play, mechanical aids or unauthorized devices;
Tampering with or attempting to manipulate a gaming device or tracking system;
Collusion or coordinated play intended to misidentify the actual player;
Providing false or misleading information;
Harassing employees or interfering with verification;
Failing to comply with identification, tax or documentation requirements; or
Violating applicable law, house rules or these Official Rules.
Multiple participants may not combine royal flushes to complete a prize level.
All four royal flushes must be personally achieved by the same eligible participant.
19. Modification, Suspension or Termination
Subject to applicable law and any required regulatory approval, PKWY Tavern may interpret these Official Rules and may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion when reasonably necessary because of:
Gaming-device or system failure;
Regulatory direction;
printing, advertising or administrative error;
fraud, tampering or abuse;
circumstances threatening the integrity or fairness of the Promotion;
game cancellation, postponement or scheduling changes;
force majeure; or
other circumstances beyond PKWY Tavern’s reasonable control.
No modification will retroactively invalidate a properly completed and verified qualifying hand unless required by law, a gaming regulator or proof of fraud, malfunction or ineligibility.
The phrase “Management reserves all rights” does not permit arbitrary denial of a valid prize and is subject to these Official Rules and applicable law.
20. Decisions and Disputes
PKWY Tavern’s reasonable, good-faith decisions concerning interpretation, eligibility, verification, game qualification, promotional tracking and winner determination are final, subject to applicable gaming law and regulatory review.
Any dispute must be submitted promptly to PKWY Tavern management and compliance personnel with all available supporting documentation.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits any rights a participant may have to submit a gaming complaint to the appropriate regulatory authority.
21. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for PKWY Tavern to use the winner’s name, city, photograph, likeness, voice and prize information for reasonable promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
Any publicity release will remain subject to applicable law and the documents signed by the winner.
22. No Professional-Football Affiliation
This Promotion is independently sponsored by PKWY Tavern.
It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any professional football league, team, player, broadcaster or related entity.
All league, team and player names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Promotional materials should use “Pro Football” and should not display protected league or team logos unless separately authorized.
23. Responsible Gaming
Participants must be 21 or older.
Please gamble responsibly. Participation is voluntary, and no person should wager more than they can afford to lose.
Information concerning responsible-gaming resources will be available at participating locations.
24. General Conditions
All play remains subject to normal game rules, pay tables and house rules.
The promotional prize is separate from and in addition to the normal machine payout for a qualifying royal flush.
In the event of a conflict between abbreviated advertising language and these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
